Carter Gay a/k/a KillaFake #2 is a fourteen year old African-American. He was born in the Nickerson Gardens Projects in Los Santos. He grew up on 115th Street. He is currently attending Ganton High School. Carter has ties to the Bounty Hunter Bloods that reside in the area. His now deceased older brother, as well as his big cousin are members of the Bounty Hunters. His older brother Stefan Gay a/k/a TYG KillaFake was gunned down in late 2018. Word spread that the Grape Street Crips had something to do with his demise. He was shot and killed at a bus stop just across the street from where him and his family lived. Carter's mom and dad struggled to make ends meet as he was growing up. A lot of fights in the parenthouse led to Carter's parents splitting up when he was 9 years old.
He hangs around the Five-Line section of the Bounty Hunters and is striving to be put on the set in the near future. Carter is making some bread on the side by selling stolen shoes and electronics, he mainly runs around the school, checking for open locker rooms.
