The LSJL is a professional narcotics production group founded by 3 members with a background in chemistry in Los Santos. They are named after their main area of distribution via local gangs, as the group doesn't directly distribute drugs.
Early days.
The group began operation in 2006, initially producing small quantities of methamphetamine and distributing them to local drug groups, later selling them to bigger drug distributors around the rest of the city.
The group was known for it's high quality pure methamphetamine, as two members of the group had a masters degree in chemistry, the third a bachelors - this led to a larger quanitity of sales and more profit for the group.
The group later used these newer funds to recruit more staff whom they trusted, these people would be doing the meeting with the local gangs - as the founders did not wish to get involved in dealings with low level gangs as there was too high of a risk for police intervention.
Rather the founders (known in the group as Trinity) would send one of their members, never more than one, to meetings and dealings with high level distributors in LS.
The LSJL, once profits started to roll in, invested heavily into its staff protection and training, arming them with clubs for low level enforcers, and with firearms such as pistols and even carbine and assault rifles for higher ranking staff members. The LSJL also used a wide range of vehicles, cheap ones purchased at the Glen Park dealership that were expendable and used no more than twice, as to avoid being pulled over by the police for suspicious activity.
The LSJL was very cautious, opting out of deals if anything seemed suspicious in the slightest, having all of its staff members wear gloves during work hours and masks during transactions, cleaning the vehicles thoroughly afterwards and getting rid of any evidence that could be used to pinpoint any of the staff members, and especially Trinity. Trinity members would never go to any meeting without a proper suit, gloves, a mask and sunglasses, and no one within the group knew their names except very trusted individuals.
Modern times.
The LSJL continued its operation into the late 2000s, still ever cautious as in the early 2000s, however transactions slowed in 2009 and 2010, as the group ceased its production to reorganize and assess its oportunities.
In 2011, the LSJL resumed operation - delivery very pure methamphetamine products to its loyal customers, while also expanding its production to weed and cocaine, with a larger emphasis on cocaine as weed was a lower level drug for the LSJL, its sale was less regulated than the sale of cocaine and methamphetamine, however the dealers were still subject to the same level of caution as the meth dealers in the early 2000s.
