That would make the command really long and confusing for most people, don't think I'll implement this without having 80% of the LSPD agree to this.

I agree with this, but you should be able to have the option to disable the alarm with a command. And if you chose to disable it, then it should save as disabled unless re enabled.

every fight i've ever been in has always been just a brawl with no /me or /do until after the fight is finished. there hasn't been a rule for/against it because it should be common sense.

Good to know, rushing is the best way to fight.

PD should be allowed to use /m outside of their vehicle as long as they're in reasonable proximity to the police vehicle.
